More on the Team & Other Information
Senior Game Designer Travis Day and Lead Effects artist Julian Love are credited with this new reveal. Community manager Brandy Camel is also present in this disclosure. The trio used Facebook for clearing all confusion about what is coming.
Camel states that there will be no talk on the “launch date or pricing.” These aspects are still unready according to him. The earlier Necromancer class for the 2nd version of the game serves as inspiration.
It is called the “jumping off point” for the inclusion of the class again in this version. The team also speaks of several differences with this upgrade. There will be no connection with Necromancers of the earlier titles, according to the trio.
This Necromancer will be unique as compared to the Witch Doctor. There will be no Iron Maiden and poison while Melee options may be present. There may also be two handed scythes along with inability to use any non class specific things.
What Else Can You Expect?
This update will encompass golems and four or five new types are also in the works. Pets are going to be available though some may be temporary. Decrepify is included for the Necromancer. Players are also required to have the “Reaper of Souls” expansion in order to play this DLC.
Uber Gizmo reports that the team reveals several things in a question and answer session. This session went on for around 47 minutes overall. The game is already known for coming out with several intriguing updates for fans.
In December, 2016, the game got a retro boss for the 2.4.3 update. This marked celebrations for its 20th anniversary. There is no official intimation on release dates for this DLC pack. The game is already available for Xbox 360, PC, Xbox One, PS4, Mac and PS3.
