For Honor Beta: How Battle Event For Canada Works

For Honor has been receiving praise ever since a few of the copies have been released for marketing. It may even be the mutiplayer hit game of 2017 because of this. Ubisoft, the game’s developer and publisher, is celebrating the successful launch by releasing a massive multiplayer battle in Canada this February 11.

For Honor Strategy

For Honor is distinctly done because Ubisoft made its multiplayer gameplay intimately in a one-on-one combat system. Ubisoft is also getting into different media events to promote the game such as its appearance in the Clueless Gamer section of Conan O’Brien’s show, Conan. Tom Brady – a famous American football quarterback – even played the game. This is a good strategy as the game is gaining even more popularity.

Another good strategy is Ubisoft’s way of offering gamers the chance to engage in gameplay themselves this February 11. This shows how Ubisoft is confidently pursuing the goals of their company with the game according to Game Rant. The event will center in Toronto, Canada where the players of the said location will combat with different players during the event itself.

Ubisoft will not only hold the Battle for Canada event in Toronto but in the entire country. The game gives the players the option to use their smartphones and devices to watch the battle online. The game specifically asks fans to use these phones like a weapon and more like a virtual sword. It requires them to perform slash movements to recreate movements used in the faction warfare in the game. The players will gain points for their specific factions or classes if they do it correctly by achieving proper range, speed and force of strikes.

Interactive Maps

Moreover, Ubisoft is set to give interactive maps in the game’s Canada website that will be capable of tracking and searching for three armies battling for victory. The event will also come to Toronto Yonge-Dundas Square. There, a billboard will also track the ongoing battle and will give recognition to the best warriors. The best reward may be that Ubisoft will feature the most memorable warriors in an “animated trailer after the battle.”

The event will surely encourage more buyers to purchase the game, especially with this pre-launch event. Ubisoft will release the game on February 14, 2017. The available platforms are PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Good luck to all Canadian players, as well as future players of the game!
