The latest Google Plus update promises to make experiences better for users. Low quality comments will now be hidden. Zooming into photos will also be allowed now.
Google Plus will also enable the Events feature once again. This gives a new fillip to usage experiences. Google has already announced that several new improvements have been made to Google+.
There will also be lowered whitespace for its design theme. Google is now giving greater importance to image sharing as per Tech 2. This feature will be of great help to photographers.
What These Features Entail
Photographers usually share tons of high resolution images on Google+. Now, there is integrated zooming ability into pictures from the interface itself. Low quality comments are also automatically hidden.
Google is now using machine learning systems for analysis of comment quality. Even spam based comments are concealed by default. High quality comments are automatically brought to the forefront by Google.
Users can also choose to look at all the comments posted on their profiles. There is a specific option provided for this purpose. The Events feature has also been brought back by Google according to News JS.
The Events feature, however, will be unavailable on Gsuite. Events can be scheduled by users and organizers will also be notified from 24th January, 2017. The classic version of Google Plus will be unavailable.
Release & Other Updates
A particular section of users will also be able to access the new design theme and features. Google+ has already given its statement that the new features will be rolled out over the next few weeks. These features will be made available globally.
The updates will be applicable for both iOS and Android based devices. The platform has been previously updated by Google+. More powerful tools have also been provided for the use of community moderators.
