Many gamers were disappointed when Atlus announced that the Persona 5 release date was being delayed. However, the big video games developer company did make up a bit for it when it revealed the actors who will be voicing the Persona 5 cast.
Who will voice the Persona 5 cast?
Mobus is a popular video game voice actor. He is widely known for his work in Disgaea 5, Tales of Zestiria and Super Smash Bros. Xander Mobus will be playing the lead role for Persona 5. The game will start as his character starts off his second year in high school at Shujin High School in Tokyo.
Mobus will then take on the role as the leader of the Phantom Thieves known as The Phantom. According to a report by International Business Times, director Katsura Hashino said that the group steals the hearts of corrupt people with the hopes of making a better world.
Morris previously voiced Avery in Sailer Moon and Nami in League of Legends. She will take on the role of Morgana in the highly anticipated English release of Persona 5. Her character is a shapeshifter who accompanies Mobus’ character as a cat during the day and Phantom Thieves’ guide in the world of shadows.

Like Cassandra Morris, Mercer worked on Sailer Moon as Prince Diamond. He also worked as McCree in Overwatch. He will be voicing Yusuke Kitagawa, who is an art student in Kosei Public high School.
Leigh, who also worked on Sailor Moon, will lend her voice to Persona 5 character Makoto Niijima. She is the president of the student council and a member of the Phantom Thieves.
Mittelman in known for his character Tredd Furia in Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive. He will play Ryuji Sakamoto in the upcoming Atlus release. The became a troublemaker after losing his star athlete status.
Lindbeck is widely known for voicing Barbie in a number of Barbie animations. She will now then be voicing Futaba Sakura in Persona 5 English release. She is an antisocial student who then becomes close to Mobus’ character.
Huynh, who previously worked on Atelier and The Legend of Heroes, will be voicing Haru Okumura. She came from an affluent family and is often told by her father on what to do.

Daymond is also a Sailor Moon alum who will now be working on the Persona 5 English release. He will be the voice behind Goro Akechi who is the detective investigating the Phantom Thieves.
Because the Persona 5 release date for the English version has been delayed, Altus is providing English subtitles for the original Japanese version. The game has available in the Japanese market since September 15, 2016. According to a report by IGN, the Persona 5 release date in North America and Europe is now on April 4, 2017.
