Plants vs Zombies: 3 Things To Know About Rux’s Short Appearance

Plants vs Zombies (PvZ) announced through its official Twitter account on Thursday that black market merchant Rux is back. However, the gnome, who ultimately loves coins along with his rarest goods, will only have a very short appearance in the game world.

Here are three things to know about Rux and his short appearance in the game, Plants vs Zombies:

Rux is back to the sewer with special deals and bling

Although it is still unsure as to whether Rux is an ally or an enemy, the character appears to be helpful as PvZ gamers can get stickers, especially the rarest ones. The gnome can show what he has stored in his luggage, which normally has five pieces.

Unfortunately, Rux was caught selling illegal wares this morning. But, don’t worry, “PvZ” says that he’ll be back soon.

Rux appears in the Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 until Nov. 13

According to the events calendar of the official PvZGW2 site, Rux’s appearance in the game will be for a limited time only. PopCap has yet to reveal some of the goods that the mysterious character could offer. However, players can check out the event calendar every now and then to see when Rux is going to appear the next time.

Gamers should have enough coins for Rux’s wares. His wares could cost from 10,000 to more than 250,000 coins. The gnome’s usual dialogue is:

“Listen kid, I only sell top of the line wares! Rare items like you’ve never seen before…along with anything else I can scrounge out! I doubt you can afford what I’m dealing…”

Rux appears once in a while to help players get an upgrade

Rux first appeared as part of the “Trial of Gnomus” of the Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 update. He is also known as the “Deal Breaker.”
