There are many ways to catch Pokemon! From eggs, to spawns among others, trainers will never be bored due to the variety of tactics to catch these interesting creatures. Gamers can even catch them in fossils! Here’s a comprehensive Pokemon Sun and Moon guide on how to catch the Fossil Pokemon.

Pokemon Sun And Moon Guide: Fossil Pokemon

Here’s a Pokemon Sun and Moon guide on the types of Fossil Pokemon. The Fossil Pokemon include Shieldon, Archen, Tirtouga, and Cranidos. Gamers were put in a scenario where they need to choose between two Pokemon fossils in other games. Meanwhile, Pokemon Sun and Moon adds another zing to it by allowing players to buy Fossils from the shop.

Furthermore, Fossils can be bought in KoniKoni City. Just head to the Stone shop and choose from a wide array of fossils. However, gamers can only get one from the two fossils available in the game. Read more to know the number of fossils available in this Pokemon Sun and Moon guide among others.

There are four fossils in total in the game. Moreover, they can be found in both games Pokemon Sun, and Pokemon Moon, as two fossils lurk in each game. In Pokemon Sun, the Skull and Cover Fossils can be caught. Meanwhile, Pokemon Moon bears the Plume and Armor.

What To Do With All The Fossils?

Once the trainer catches a fossil, all they need to do is turn it into Pokemon. Go to the Pokemon Center by Route 8, and then walk straight to the forest. Next, continue walking until they reach a man next to a big van. All the players need to do is approach him because he has the ability to turn the fossil into a Pokemon.

For Cover fossil in Pokemon Sun, trainers may spawn it into a Water/Rock Tirtouga. Meanwhile, Tirtouga evolves into Carracosta. While the Skull fossil evolves into a Cranidos. It evolves into the Rock type Rampardos.

In Pokemon Moon, Plume fossils will create an Archen. This Pokemon evolves into Rock/Flying type Archeops. Those who bought the Armor fossill will get a Shieldon, which evolves into a Bastiodon.

It is best to spend wisely to get the best Pokemon available in fossils. Stay tuned to Video Games Republic to catch the latest on video games, tech, and more.
