PS4 Pro successfully launched in November of this year. It did have some bugs related to 4K resolution and HDR incompatibility but all of that are now in the past. The next thing to focus on is to purchase or upgrade the best games to maximize the features of the console. So which titles should go first on the play deck?
Final Fantasy XV
For obvious reasons, this game should be the first. Final Fantasy XV, which took 15 years of patience, was the biggest game launched this year. It features Noctis and his group of loyal men as they go on a roadtrip to save his kingdom.
Blizzard’s megahit multiplayer first-person shooter game won the Game of the Year Award in The Game Awards 2016. The Overwatch universe is continuously expanding with the release of its comics series. As reported by The Verge, the game can be played among a group of friends or through online matches
Unchartered 4: A Thief’s End
This game went head to head with Overwatch in The Game Awards 2016. This game, which won Best Narrative, is the end of the adventures of Nathan Drake. PS4 Pro users definitely need this one in the library as this concludes a great series. According to a report by Gamespot, this game has the updated patch out already for the 4K display.
The sequel to popular game Dishonored features the return of Corvo Attano and the introduction of Emily Kaldwin. It won the Best Action Adventure game in The Game Awards 2016. It was developed by Arkane Studios and Bethesda Softworks who are also both rumored to be working on Prey 2.
Bloodborne may have been released last year but this surely makes it to the list of best titles to play in PS4 Pro. It features a Victorian-era city inhabited with people suffering from a strange disease. The player has to fight off both the disease and some monsters. The game is also from the developers of Dark Souls 3 which came out this year.
