Bandai Namco has released the trailer for Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City. The video shows 4-minute gameplay and what enemies to expect when the downloadable content (DLC) becomes available.
The Ringed City was first announced last month. It is going to be the final expansion for Dark Souls 3. New locations, areas, and enemies are featured in the trailer, and it looks to be promising. This comes as a surprise since the previous expansion didn’t hold much for fans.
Dark Souls 3 was awarded Game of the Year – Role-playing Game in the Golden Joystick Awards 2016. The Ringed City will be available on March 28. For more of its gameplay details and patch updates, read on below.
The Ringed City shows off its new locations. Its setting seems to have rundown buildings plagued with enemies that burst from the ground when you approach.

There are also a couple of boss fights you’ll encounter. There are two winged beasts, beings that shoot arrows at you, and an armored knight that’s twice your size whose sword emits flames and some ghouls.
To sum it all up, the enemies in The Ringed City seem to be the main features in this game. The environment is also a visual masterpiece, but it is the different types of enemies that the fans are most interested in.
There aren’t any details released yet for some of these enemies. But, they seem challenging enough that The Ringed City should be worth a try.
The game is priced at $15. With the season pass, it costs $25. This gives players access to Ashes of Ariandel, the first expansion.
